In this session we will draw from beautiful themes of planting and seeding new growth that are part of the celebration of Tu B’Shevat, the birthday of the trees, and consider how we experience change and growth in our own lives. You will have a chance to learn about the mystical tradition of holding a Seder for the trees and preparing for spring. This program will be taught by teachers from Orot, the center for new Jewish learning through a mindful and integrated practice. It is designed for women.
